The 1/2 inch collar base is embellished with 3 rows of gleaming crystals taking this collar from fancy to luxurious. The entire collar is made from genuine commercial upholstery grade Ultrasuede fabric that we import from Japan. This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable and colorfast. We recommend the dog should always be walked with a harness. Our collars are designed for ID tags, charms and decor. They are not designed for pulling dogs. This collar is made with love in the USA.
